Privacy and website enquiries.

How ResQVision uses business-enquiry details to respond and arrange next steps. Operational video is transferred under a separately agreed handling arrangement.

Contact

This page covers information submitted through the website enquiry and presentation-request forms. The website is operated by Spectrum Rescue Technologies Pty Ltd, trading as ResQVision.

Contact info@resqvision.com with questions about an enquiry or the information you provided.

What the enquiry form collects

The form requests your name, email, organisation, enquiry type and message. Country, phone number, site or mission and location are optional. We use these details to respond, assess the requested conversation and arrange the next step.

Provide only the business information needed for the enquiry.

How the form is delivered

Enquiries are delivered to configured ResQVision recipients through the website’s email service. Hosting and email providers process information as part of providing those services.

Optional website analytics

Optional website analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. Reject analytics keeps it off. You can change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer; Do Not Track is respected. Your enquiry and presentation request still work when analytics is off.

When enabled and allowed, Google Analytics measures visits, approximate countries, broad traffic sources, useful pages and contact activity. It uses analytics cookies. Advertising features are disabled. We send approved page paths and event categories, not enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, receipt references or URL query strings.

Optional visitor notifications use a random browser-session reference that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The private server stores a hashed reference to prevent duplicate alerts, rather than your identity. An alert to Alex includes the landing page, broad referral source and approximate country when the hosting system provides it. We do not send visitor IP addresses to a separate location lookup service.

Your analytics choice is stored for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent stops new optional collection and removes this website’s Google Analytics cookies and session reference. It does not automatically delete information already received; contact us about that information.

First-party interaction records exclude names, contact details, messages, search queries and raw referrer addresses. Raw first-party records are retained for 90 days when collection is enabled. Notification session deduplication expires after 30 minutes; completed visitor delivery records are retained for two days and summary delivery records for 14 days. Server-accepted enquiry references support the requested enquiry and reviewed outcomes independently of optional analytics.

An enquiry receipt reference lets the team record whether a request progresses to a qualified conversation, assessment or pilot. Form details are handled separately to deliver and respond to your enquiry.

Operational footage is handled separately

Do not include camera credentials or sensitive video in the enquiry. Before receiving operational footage, we agree the authorised transfer method, purpose, access and handling arrangements.

Evaluation, calibration and model-training use are distinct. Training use requires a separate agreement. Read deployment and data-handling questions.

Contact about your information

Email info@resqvision.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information relating to your enquiry. We will identify the information involved and discuss applicable record-keeping requirements.

Presentation requests

When you request the SAIL presentation, we collect your name, email and organisation to provide access and follow up on your interest. A notification goes to info@resqvision.com and ap@resqvision.com. Requesting a resource does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

The presentation remains outside publicly served folders. Access uses a download link that expires after 30 minutes. Anyone with that link can use it while it is valid, and downloaded copies can be shared.

When first-party measurement is enabled, resource requests and completed downloads are counted separately from enquiries and evaluations. Measurement records contain a receipt reference and broad source category, rather than your contact details or message.

Let’s talk.
